Dr Gailes is amazing. She spent over an hour with me explaining why I was experiencing back pain. She kindly advised me of the need for proper supportive footwear and proper office chair while I am working from home.
Dr Gailes adjusted my back and instantly I felt a major release and wow significantly less pain. It's like she has major hands!
The office staff is extremely pleasant. The office is very relaxing with peaceful music to further enhance the healing experience.

I went to Dr. Gailes due to knee pain and nerve pain in my thigh. First thing she did was check my stance. She recommended I get orthotics for my shoes to help align my spine. Walking into the office immediately gave me a calming feeling. I "walked in" hunched over with severe back pain. I had been to many doctors before so, I didn't have high expectations. The receptionist was very welcoming and instructed me to fill out some paperwork. She was sympathetic to my situation and assured me the doctor would be out soon. A few moments later, Dr. Gailes came out to meet me. She took the time to LISTEN to my symptoms, read through my previous treatments and discussed a plan with me. Throughout my visit, Dr. Gailes continuously checked on my comfort level and answered all questions I had. We went through my normal activities; she gave me corrections for actions that may have contributed to my pain. She literally took all the time I needed to ensure I understood everything. I WALKED OUT of my appointment significantly better (and straighter) than when I hobbled in. I went through the next few weeks living with minimal discomfort - a freedom I hadn't felt in years!!
Of course I made a follow up appointment and found myself looking forward to my next visit. The second appointment was just as positive as the first. We are now working towards minimizing my discomfort/pain, while identifying specific trouble spots and causes. I'm not exaggerating when I say I had pretty much accepted my situation - and now I can look forward to a more normal life. I will continue seeing Dr. Gailes as I value her knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and honesty. I have passed along her information to many family members & friends, and will continue to do so. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Gailes & Indian Harbor Chiropractic.

Dr. Gailes is incredible! I had never been to her before but she came highly recommended to me as I was seeking help to find a chiropractor. She was able to get me in within 24 hours and made time for me the following day after our first appointment too. Dr. Diana always spends a good amount of time with her patients and listens to your concerns in terms of what is bothering you the most. I have been going to Dr Diana for a few years now and have always walked out of her office feeling better. With chiropractic care it is always best to put yourself on a schedule which I do every 3 weeks instead of waiting until I have a problem. I do this to maintain a good balance and continue to stay active by taking daily walks everyday and going on my exercise bike a few times a week. I recently called Dr. Gailes on very short notice. I was having excruciating neck and upper back pain. She was extremely responsive and told me to come right in and she fit me into her very busy schedule. Immediately she diagnosed my problem of a pinched nerve and worked on alleviating the pain. I can almost touch my toes! So much less low back and leg pain-I can put a golf ball on the ground, and I can hit it better than before. The candy in this place is the best in town. It's a good relaxing place for my whole body. If you have to grow old, it's a good place to grow old in. Dr. Gailes does a great job.
